Is this extension for putting a license select popup menu on the upload page? Is this available in English anywhere? If this is not for that, how does wikipedia include this on their upload page and how do we add it to our wiki?

Confusing Languagemixup..

Hey, i thought this is the engish langugae Site of Wikimedia... I guess, one should stay at the normally used Language...otherwise we'll have a total mess-up due to the Languagemix...oder soll ich jetzt auch nur noch auf Deutsch schreiben um die Verwirrung die das hier sonst gibt zu erweitern?;-) Sapnisch verstehe ich jedenfalls nicht...

Might be best to keep english on this site because there is no babelfish-trnslatorplugin for human brains until now, isn't it? As i don't understand spanish and i think most people reading this Article don't understand spanish, too and neither german, it would be best to keep the Sites defaultlanguage...could anybody be so kind to translate the spanish part in the Article? Thanks in advance...
