Who is Europeana ?

Europeana is told to be "a non profit foundation". But what are Europeana Countryship and Adress ? Members ? Which relationship with Wikimedia ? Where could be read the contracts between Europeana and Wikimedia ? (Asking this because the first incentives, about "Revolutions of 1989", seems all but neutral for a first topic about Europe).
