I prefer the form, *allies - if you have allies, you will defend them when they are wrong - and they you" rather Than "~ and vice versa". I didn t pick up the meaning imediately, myself, and it is a good lesson for one to learn. Makes it more personal, so more immediate, imho. Jabberwoch 07:04, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
