Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom Funding Reporting Requirements
editFor those that have received funding for Reading Wikipedia in the classroom in 2022, the reporting requirements are outlined here. Three reports are required:
- 1. Initial submission of needs assessment and planning outcomes
- 2. Mid-project monitoring report
- 3. Final evaluation report
More details about each report will be outlined below.
- 1. Needs assessment and planning report should include
- a. Analysis of data collected from surveys and interviews
- b. Details of any partnership agreements
- c. Details of outreach activities
Tools that support the needs assessment report:
- Survey and interview questions
- 2. Mid-project monitoring report should include:
- a. Number of teachers registered
- b. Number of teachers actively participating
- c. Screenshots or photos of training activities
- d. Summary of progress toward project outcomes
- e. Summary of challenges/lessons learned or any outstanding circumstances that may prevent the project from achieving its outcomes
Tools that support the mid-project monitoring report:
- 3. Final evaluation report should include:
- a. Reach, participation, and certification metrics
- b. Data about assignment participation and completion
- c. Analysis of evaluation data from surveys and interviews
- i. Teacher’s learning outcomes
- ii. Ways to improve the program for the future
- d. Annex that includes the final assignments submitted by teachers
