Return to "Connected Open Heritage Challenge" page.
There is one thing which is not clear to me. The contest counts the page views on June. Is that mean those pages will count what we made at the previous world heritage competition? — Ferdous • 19:53, 30 June 2017 (UTC)
- I am not entirely sure what you mean, but I will try to clarify what the pageviews do. Please excuse me if I missunderstood your question:
- If you add one of the new images to an article (any article!) then you get points based on the pageviews that the article had in June 2017. The more popular an article is that you add an image to, the more points you get. Improving the article with 3,000 bytes of text will double the points. So there is a level of being tactical in this Challenge - which we hope people think is fun! ☺ John Andersson (WMSE) (talk) 12:58, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
