"The process for this survey was developed in collaboration with Wikimedia Deutschland, and is partially based on their existing Technical Wishes Survey, which they have been running on the German Wikipedia for a couple years now. The head of Communications for the WMDE TCB team, Birgit Müller, worked with us extensively to refine the process (much of which was originally developed by the German Community). We would like to thank her, Kasia Odrozek, Wikimedia Deutschland, and the German community for pioneering the process.
