Hi. I've got a couple of questions. Since long time ago, every time I used Commons, I heard than when you release a picture under a free licence remain free, even when you relicence it. Is this correct? How affect this fact to logo CR? Thanks. --Ganímedes (talk) 14:27, 9 October 2013 (UTC)
