It's not specific to this group, probably, but... Wikimedia Ghana doesn't mention incorporation nor a representative, so it's not clear who is going to sign the contract which makes this resolution effective: who decides that, if not AffCom? Same for the logo, is that deferred to the contract? --Nemo 05:17, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
