Tasks and "Parallelizing" the Discussion Topics
editI do not know to what extent the document Abstract_Wikipedia/Tasks is still in play. If it is, I suggest associating each of the development topics with a task. I think it would make sense to add a discussion topic like "Review tasks timeline" to this page as well.
I also suggest "parallelizing" these discussion topics. The topic "Theoretical and practical underpinnings of the natural language generation" should begin at the same time as the topic "Naming and logo of the project and its components." I drafted a similar suggestion with respect to Abstract_Wikipedia/Tasks at Talk:Abstract_Wikipedia/Tasks#Development_Part_PP2_Suggestion. It may make sense to integrate something like that draft into this page. --Chris.Cooley (talk) 21:18, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
Illustrations have to be local to the language
editWhen you illustrate a tree, it may be an oak in Europe but it should not be for Africa, Asia or South America. The cathedral of Reims may be good for France, it is not for Nigeria even the Netherlands.
Ask questions where we do not know
editWhen we know that a country includes a state, a province and we do not know how it is governed, we should ask. It is how I come up with a list like this. It is necessary to tell the story of a province in Whereveristan. Thanks, GerardM (talk) 05:05, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
When you do not have much to say, have lists
editAbstract Wikipedia .. (what a name bah) .. will often not much have to say. Have lists and ask if these lists are correct, complete. Thanks, GerardM (talk) 05:19, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
Wikidata classes
editTypically members of a class inherit structure from the class.. EG a governor of a Mozambican province is a position, it has a start and end date and may have a predecessor and successor. It is linked to an administrative entity in a country. This is not new, important is that this makes the telling of a story possible. Thanks, GerardM (talk) 07:26, 10 July 2020 (UTC)
