Once a year WMF/local affiliate (where applicable) will elect a 'Wikipedian/Wikimedian of the year' (Region-based) and award them something cool for their contributions throughout the year. We should encourage those who are experienced in the field to create those technical template for them and encourage local community to translate them in their respective language.
