Since you don't use proxies, you'll need to contact us.
A previous customer who was assigned your IP address may have used proxy services, or you may be sharing your IP with someone who is. In that case, you'll need to contact us so that we can analyze your situation.
Contacting us:
- Please include the following information in your email:

- Username, if you have an account, or desired one if you don't;
- Email, so that we can contact you if we need any clarification;
- Projects you want to edit (e.g., English Wikipedia, Spanish Wikiquote);
- Block message, including the blocked IP;
- Reasons why you're contacting us.
