Special logging rules in Hungarian Wikipedia

While reading the non-public checkuser log of Hungarian Wikpedia, I noticed that stewards sometimes make IP-checks here. Please note that we have a special rule to log these checks publicly, because data protection is very important for Hungarian editors. We usually write the involved user names, reason of checking, the number of supporters and the result -- only as much as possible, of course. The minimal required public content is your name and the date (i. e. ~~~~). Thank you. The public log page is here. The link and the reminder will appear on the Special:CU page, if your language is set to English or Hungarian (default). If someone would like to see it in other language, please let me know. :-)

Hi. We are not able to know for every wiki if, where and how they want public logging and so on. To do so, it would be necessary for urgent cross-wiki actions to search for every single wiki the modality of public logging, which is just impossible to do. So we won't do any public logging on local wikis, as this would unnecessarily bind time. Btw., it's highly recommended, not to do any public logging of any CU requests due to data protection and security reasons. --თოგო (D) 15:14, 2 August 2010 (UTC)

Unconstructive (almost abusive) remarks on Meta

Hello,

Please advise User:Khaled Khalil that such remarks [1] are nonconstructive. I would also suggest his remarks be removed as they contain false information and some political propaganda. Dror_K 10:21, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
