@Hüseyn706: You were renamed Hüseyn Samir to Hüseyn706 on 14 December 2018. Additionally you don't seems to take renaming seriously, which is indicated by your reason for renaming and requests you submitted right after last renaming. So please rethink on your rename request and reply with your decision whether you really want to be renamed or not. Remember this will be your last rename. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 09:17, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

Reason: Submitted a change request; received this as the response: The reason provided was: "The chosen username is similar to an existing username or it used to be username of someone else that got renamed: Invin". I'm not asking for the change to be "Invin". I've asked for the change to be "1nv1n". Similarity to an existing username as a reason for a username change request sounds entirely unreasonable to me. If they are unique, what's stopping you from making the update? I used this tool: https://tools.wmflabs.org/steinsplitter/uv/index.php to verify the eligibility for the new name & the selected username is valid (disallowed username format scan was negative) as well as being not registered.
You were blocked indefinitely for vandalism and block evasion, so I see no reason for approving this request and several reasons against. Please resolve your conflicts at :itwiki, then we can reconsider. — YerpoEh? 14:15, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
But in order to the "right to vanish" (see [] or [] as you prefer). I have the "right" to request a renamation of my account. Besides, the block in Wikikipedia IT is WRONG. As you can check, I haven't committed any vandalism and I'M NOT Sean Ago as some admin think. They HAVEN'T checked their idea by opening a CU but they have blocked me because of sockpuppeting. This is AGAINST a lot of Wikipedia's rules. So please check my situation and or unlock me or please change my username. Thanks very much. --FraGnu (talk) 14:49, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
@Yerpo: please change my name with the one I've written up there (User941763). I know you don't have to do this but try to help me and do what I asked you, please. I wait for you answer. Good evening and thanks very much. --FraGnu (talk) 21:31, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
Changing the target username does not change the reason that this request was declined. Vermont (talk) 21:33, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
Not done per Yerpo. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 09:34, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
Yes, of course. I hope to have no such problems in the future. --SuperVirtual (talk) 15:47, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
@SuperVirtual: As you are blocked on English Wikipedia for edit warring and sock-puppetry, we can't rename until you address those issues and resolve the block. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 18:59, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
@1997kB: I almost forgot that. It was an old block (I think it was 2013, where @Kww: cited me as a sockpuppet of a user I never knew, actually, since he lived in a total different city from mine). --SuperVirtual (talk) 20:40, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
Note that the block has been upheld multiple times. Feel free to evaluate whether his behaviour has improved, but I considered it an obvious match at the time and don't see anything that makes me reconsider that decision.Kww (talk) 21:43, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
@SuperVirtual: Just confirming, you still interested in rename? As your contributions to itwiki seems to indicates that you are seriously contributing to Wikipedia, thus I'm happy to process this request. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 03:16, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
Yes, I'm still interested. --18.104.22.168 06:53, 15 January 2019 (UTC)

@Eeee11: Usernames that are simply names of companies or groups are not permitted. However, usernames are acceptable if they contain a company or group name but are clearly intended to denote an individual person, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", "WidgetFan87", etc. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 05:29, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
Reason: (I chose my current username because I was a fan of the singer whose name it reflects having no idea that it was 1 against the rules and 2 a conflict of interest on his page. I request to change it to this new name to avoid further problems. Thank you) --Plemongello (talk) 09:05, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
Reason: I want this username, since it is with the one that I have made myself known in IRC / Freenode in the Wikipedia channels. However, the account is blocked in es.wiki. But the user created it. I have requested that the user be unlocked in es.wiki. But I still make the request here, to accelerate the process. Anyway, can not you unlock accounts here? It's my puppet.
@Philip J Fry: If the traget account belongs to you, then why it's blocked for sock-puppetry? ‐‐1997kB (talk) 09:49, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
@1997kB: I was expelled from es.wiki for several years. But last year I was readmitted. Anyway, if it is not possible that you can unlock the account here, I will try to communicate with an administrator of es.wiki.--Philip J Fry (talk) 10:49, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
@Philip J Fry: Well the block will be transferred to usurped account after rename, so it's not a problem actually. Please confirm signing below my comment using Bradford account. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 10:53, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
@Philip J Fry: Looking at rename logs, you have been renamed twice in past (both of which were usurpations), one of them was recently in July, why another rename so quicky? Please remember that username change takes valuable server resources and shouldn't be treated lightly. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 11:34, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
@1997kB: In IRC/Freenode I am known as Bradford. The usurpation that was made last year was to keep my editions of the DJMalik account that was blocked.--Philip J Fry (talk) 11:41, 4 January 2019 (UTC)

Reason: I use that name on most pages I am registered, including two forums I am administrator for and a wiki I own. The account with the name Semako got an infinite ban on enwiki in 2006 after a single vandalism edit with no activity in any other wiki, so it is highly unlikely that it will be ever used again.
Reason: I was inactive at the time single-user login was initiated and could not take action then. Unfortunately, I made two edits to the Help Desk at Commons with my "current" account trying to find out how to resolve it. I don't mind what happens to the Sable232 account with two edits, but I wouldn't mind having my old account and its contribution history put back to my now-global username; if it isn't possible, let me know and I'll just put a note on my Commons userpage to link the two. I don't recall having an account anywhere besides en-wiki and Commons, so this should be the only instance.
Not done@Lindir11: As mentioned here — User who requests usurpation must have at least 400 edits or be an administrator on some Wikimedia project. You registered just before this username change request. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 05:26, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
Reason: (I had it in Russian when I was contributing in Russian language page. Now I am going to work more on English language pages, and would like to have my name written in Latin - to make it more international, and easier for me. SO I don't have to switch the keyboard. I would like to join them if possible or make a link of one name to another... )
Reason: I use that nickname without the numbers almost everywhere, including a wiki I own. An earlier request got rejected because I didn't have enough edits with that account, so I hope now I have enough edits. The target name was blocked in 2005 in enwiki after a single vandalism edit, and not active in any other wikimedia project.
Not done@Semako96: As mentioned here — User who requests usurpation must have at least 400 edits or be an administrator on some Wikimedia project. If you want to be renamed now, you are welcome to choose a username which is not already registered or come back later. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 03:33, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
Reason: This username was blocked on en.wikibooks for impersonation. Now I want to take this username for a legitimate alternate account. Can that be done? Thanks. --Leaderboard (talk) 06:46, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
@-revi:. Can you handle this one. Thanks much!--Cohaf (talk) 15:11, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
Reason: A 15 year old vadalism account with an infinite ban after a single rreverted edit prevents me from using the username I want to have. And because I don't have 400 edits on a single wikimedia wiki yet, I am seemingly not allowed to usurp that totally useless account. That's why I just want a local rename for mediawiki.org, since I'm using this account for support questions when my own wiki has any problems, and in that wiki and almost any other page I am registered as “Semako“ without numbers. Also, I recently registered that name on Translatewiki, since I translated two extensions locally and want to translate them for everyone too. I also don' need my accout for wikipedia projects or commons, since I already have another account for those projects (over 12k edits in dewiki).
Not done Local renames are not performed. Nihlus 02:34, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
There's nothing that stops you from simply renaming the account though. Leaderboard (talk) 13:22, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
@Leaderboard: There is. It's not an established account (see his previous request 1 and previous request 2). @Semako96: Please do not make continued requests. If you have a main account, which until this point has been undisclosed, then there might be a chance to usurp Semako as an alternate account. However, you would need to make that request from your main account. Nihlus 14:45, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
@Kalki: Do you object this usurpation, since target account Alvin is blocked as your sock? ‐‐1997kB (talk) 13:09, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
I still have a special fondness for that name, and wish that I could have been using it for years, as I had intended to do, but I have no objection to it being usurped at this point, as I have no plans to make any appeals, anytime soon, to further use any of my alternate accounts again, though I have always maintained that I had never actually used them improperly, and asserting that there were only very few incidental or accidental edits which could be counted on the fingers of one hand (among many tens of thousands of clearly proper edits), that I believed could even be credibly, but wrongly, construed to be improper. Reason: La cuenta solicitada para tomar o usurpar, es una cuenta antigua de mi propiedad, la cual perdí el acceso y los medios para su recuperación. Mi usuario actual posee un diminutivo, por lo que carece de seriedad.
