current requests Steward requests (Global Permissions > approved temporary)
This page holds approved requests for temporary global permissions until they expire. Please add new requests on the request page and not here.

Stewards: please do not archive these requests until all temporary rights have been removed. Please move them to the latest archive (linked in the request page's header) after processing. The requests are ordered by the date of removal. Please state the date in bold text at the bottom of the section for ease of processing.

If you remove or extend global rights, please add in bold extended or removed, so the bot knows what can be archived.

Not all global rights changes (such as global IP block exempts) are notified here; please watch Special:Log/gblrights to see them all.

Global interface editor for IsarraEdit

Rights granted for 1 year. – Ajraddatz (talk) 15:24, 22 August 2017 (UTC)

extended — regards, Revi 08:23, 27 August 2018 (UTC)
@Ajraddatz and -revi: I don't see in the logs new requests granting an extension to Isarra's permissions. Is this expired already or did we have new renewal requests? —MarcoAurelio (talk) 10:33, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
It was Steward requests/Global permissions/2018-08#GIE for Isarra. I just forgot to remove & regrant. — regards, Revi 10:37, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
No worries. Please make a new section with the updated expiry time for Isarra so we don't forget. I'm busy removing expired permissions :) —MarcoAurelio (talk) 10:47, 27 June 2019 (UTC)

GIPBE for JpcomicEdit

Although I can't find any autoblocks, I think they are caught in one. Given they are trusted in zhwp and otherwise editing in some other wikis, this flag will help.--Cohaf (talk) 11:47, 9 March 2019 (UTC)

If the user cannot edit Meta-Wiki only, then a local IP block exemption would be more appropriate IMHO. From the TP discussion I think he only means he has problems with Meta? Thanks, —MarcoAurelio (talk) 13:00, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
They seems to suggest they are unable to edit wikimedia projects, I take it globally. Regards, --Cohaf (talk) 14:06, 9 March 2019 (UTC)

Global IP block exempt for DqwyyEdit

I have to use a proxy to edit Wikimedia projects because of the w:Great Firewall of China. I got the right last year but it was expired several days ago. I would like to renew it. Thanks. --dqwyy (talk) from zhwiki 11:18, 18 March 2019 (UTC)

Global editinterface for Tpt (renewal)Edit

The editinterface right was given to me in November 2012 and renewed in 2013 and in 2014. I just got this right removed even if it has expired a long time ago. I am using it to help wikis maintain their scripts and lua modules, especially small Wikisources. I did not had much free time to do it in the mast months but I hope to get more now to keep helping. •   Done - consensus is still that these permissions be granted temporarily, but after so many years I think we can move beyond one year. Granted for three years, with thanks for your continued work. – Ajraddatz (talk) 17:40, 6 March 2019 (UTC)
