"Spring Season in North India , Photowalks by Wikimedians of North India-2017", is a photowalk related event organised by Wikimedians of North India with the objective to capture the images of landscape,flora and fauna during spring season 2017 in North India.The spring season start in North India after the local festival known as Vasant Panchami which is celebrated on the fifth day of the Indian month Magh (January–February).It continue upto Summer season May -June.Participants will take and upload the photographs durin this period.

Objective

• Capture the images of landscape,flora and fauna during spring season 2017 in North India and uplaoad these on Commons for the purpose of docomentation.
• Multilingual creation of new content and addition to exsiting content on the basis of these images.
