Clients don't reference this schema directly. It describes the metadata that EventLogging wraps around every event it logs.

timestamp format edit
phab:T179540#3729664 has some information on how the timestamps are being generated, and some initial discussion on how their format might change (or not) going forward when making EL data available via Hive apart from the currently used MySQL tables.
