Paper at ArXiv on the initial interviews

On Dec 4, 2022, the researchers published a paper documenting the initial interviews they did, apparently with 34 editors (including 3 admins): https://arxiv.org/abs/2212.01818 . JesseW (talk) 18:19, 19 February 2023 (UTC)
