This project will visualize content-gaps across the Spanish, French, English, and German Wikipedias. Its aim is to render an easy to use interface by which Wikipedia readers are invited to create an article. It focuses specifically on orphan articles. The output will be a web-based visualization tool.

Methods

Participants: Focus Groups and Interviews with Wikipedia Readers.

Dataset: Extracting from WikiData / Wikipedia Database Replicas.

Methodology: Short-term Agile. Iterations shall be validated by participants.

Timeline

First prototype (only visible for participants) to be finalized by July 27th, 2025.

Final prototype to be finalized by August 11th, 2025
