Research:The effects of member turnovers in WikiProjects/Consent form
Thank you for participating! First of all, we ask you to read the following information and ask any questions you may have before agreeing to complete this survey.
Purpose and Procedure: We are studying the member turnover affects the performance of the WikiProject groups, and the interactions among group members. We invite you to take part in our interview to tell us your personal experiences with WikiProject participation. If you agree to participate (about 30-45 minutes with a $10 compensation), we will ask you some questions regarding your observations and experience about WikiProjects in terms of the member turnover. Results have the potential to design better online communities in future.

Responses will be kept Confidential: The records of this study will be kept private. In any sort of report we might publish, we will not include any information that will make it possible to identify a subject. Research records will be stored securely and only researchers will have access to the records. We will collect your contact information if you are willing to participate in a follow-up interview, but we will keep this information private and protected. We will keep the audio-based file from our Skype/GoogleHangout interview till the end of our study.
Participation is Voluntary: Participation in this study is voluntary. Your decision whether or not to participate will not affect your current or future social networking experience or relations with the University of Minnesota. If you decide to participate, you are free to not answer any question or withdraw at any time without affecting those relationships.
