I'm User:EpochFail on Enwiki, Commons and Meta.  I'm contacting you about a study that I'm running with User:TheOriginalSoni exploring newcomer mentorship activities in Wikipedia.  I'd like to ask you a few questions about your interactions with newcomers and to explore how a tool like Snuggle (http://enwp.org/WP:Snuggle) might make your work easier.  The interview and demo session will take 30 minutes to an hour depending on how much time we spend discussing things.  If you're interested, let me know.  If not, disregard this email and I won't bother you again.
