This survey will take about two minutes to complete. We will not share the personal information you provide such as your name and email address publicly. We may however use the information to contact you in the future and to determine if you have in fact edited a Wikimedia project. Do not provide your email or real name if you do not wish to be contacted. We may publish aggregate results of the survey which will not allow the individual identification of respondent. Your privacy is important to us. We expect to share your responses only with Wikimedia and its contractors. We may, however, publicly share anonymous statistics about the responses.
