Proposal summary
Please read the handbook for requesters for help using this template correctly.

We already have a Wikipedia with classical Chinese, and this wiktionary will help identify all the original meanings of the Chinese characters. It will also assist people on the classical Chinese Wikipedia, and help people with ancient Chinese texts, as modern vernacular Chinese cannot be used to read them.

Arguments in favourEdit

Arguments againstEdit

  • I oppose this suggestion, since the proposer does not know Classical Chinese as he mentioned [1], and no one else promise to contribute on this project.--Itsmine 04:49, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
