This proposal has been approved. The Board of Trustees and language committee have deemed that there is sufficient grounds and community to create the new language project. The closing committee member provided the following comment: See bug 27557

• Independent data storage will be useful for the Sakha culture preservation for the future generations.--HalanTul 01:15, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

• 1. There is almost three years.
• 2. This is the second draft of the language (the first - Wikipedia). Translated Extensions used by Wikimedia - 85,94%, Extensions used by Wikimedia-Main = 99.72%
