The reason why there needs to be a Luba-Lulua Wikipedia is that those speaking this language (most of them live in Central Africa) like a Wikipedia in their local language. --Peppa Pig the Second (talk) 09:45, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
I want to create a wikipedia in Tshiluba.Tshiluba is a Bantu language spoken by 6 millions people in southeastern Congo. It's also one of the four national languages in DRC besides Lingala,Swahili and Kikongo.
One of the main targets of the proposal is to provide an online platform, where written texts can be easily published and cross checked. This will help to promote local culture and the use of an own languages for the transfer of information.

While I don't oppose the creation of a Lua Wikipedia, judging from the namespace translation, this is a clear hoax based on somekind of Germanic language. --OosWesThoesBes (talk) 14:19, 19 June 2018 (UTC) (comment: prior to this edit)
