Hello, please note that there had been problems in the past, while I myself can't evaluate who is right (word stands against word), I personally think the behaviour on both sides is not acceptable, the users are wheel-waring and reverting and deleting [1] each others edits. IMHO that is not a behaviour I would expect from any admin, therefore I would suggest to remove all involved admins temporarily until they manage to talk to each others and sort their differences out with arguments instead.
See also Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Kirmanjki btw.

Unblocking self after being blocked by someone else is absolutely inappropriate, both, Xosere and Mirzali, did that. Additionally wheelwarring is as inappropriate as that, like here. The best solution to this problem is that all three of you give their admin rights away. If only one or two is desysoped, the other one(s) would immediately block them. Since this is certainly not helping the project in any way, you should all learn to talk to each other (use English for that matter if you don't want to read the other's dialect, whyever that is so) rather than to fight against each other. It is a collaborative project, not a project of individuals who all have their gun and the one who remains last wins the power.
diq is the language code for a language officially called Dimli (from which the code is derived) or Zazaki. This language has several dialects. Since there is no standard language or any writing convention, all of these dialects (Moti, Kori, Sivereki, Dumbuli and Hazu) are equally allowed to be used on diq.wikipedia. What is not allowed - since it is against the "no original research" policy of the Wikimedia Foundation - is to invent a new dialect or standard that is not established outside the wiki. This is difficult in languages that do not have a fixed orthography. But it works well in other Wikipedias like in als.wikipedia where also many different dialects are used in the articles (and usually it's marked on top of the article which dialect is used).

In the Zazaki Wikipedia, we are trying to accommodate two major dialects diq and kiu. This brings a lot of difficulties. It sometimes gets harder to reconcile differences between the two. However so for, we did a great job. Given that the Zazaki language is not a literal language, we created a significant resource.
You are probably asking why Mr. Mirzali is not happy? Mirzali and his friend Asmen want everybody in the Zazaki Wikipedia to write in a “standard language” that they have developed recently. However, majority of the people want to write in their dialects, and people don’t know how to write in their standard either. I also realized that it is against to Wikipedia language policy to write in a standard language that is not established outside the wiki. This is where Mirzali and I disagree. I believe everybody from different dialectal areas be able to write in our Wikipedia.
In his writings above, Mirzali doesn’t even mention this. Instead he talks about that I have ignorant personal views and preventing the project from growing. These are not true. I personally invited people to our Wikipedia and taught them how to edit in a wikimedia system. I also asked Mirzali not to change the dialectal variants that those people write. I proposed the Zazaki Wikipedia to Wikimedia more than three years ago, and I would be very happy to see some day that Zazaki Wikipedia reaches 10,000 and hopefully more articles.
When I proposed the Zazaki Wikipedia, I used my dialect's diq code and invited Mirzali who speaks kiu dialact. I recently told Mirzali that if he doesn’t think these two dialects can go together, we can simply start a kiu.wikipedia. He has already submitted a proposal to Wikimedia for kiu. However, I am still willing to work with Mirzali. There are millions of articles needs to be written. Anybody can write in whatever dialect they want. As long as nobody changes the dialects that those articles are wtitten, I think we won’t have any problem. Xoser 18:22, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
