Statement of the incident edit

I open this RfC to report that I've been blocked indefinitely on viwiki by an administrator named Nguyentrongphu on April 25th, 2023 for the reason "Rối" (sockpuppetry). He confirms that my account is a sockpuppet of Trieu Thuan Son (who had already been community banned on viwiki) instead of requesting CU, then blocks me instantly.

The issue here is, on the same day (i.e. April 25th) in Administrators' noticeboard, there was a report (which was made by a(n) moderator/eliminator named NhacNy2412), mentioned/talked about my behavior in article Chiếu hết (cờ vua) (for more details about my behavior, see these revision 69861763 and revision 69861765 there. Note: On 1st revision, I were used the word "chi" to describe the reason why I reverted the edit on the edit summary. And on 2nd revision, I didn't know that was Trieu Thuan Son's (or someone else) edit, thought it was a good-faith edit) and some redirect pages I created there: Tuyệt sát (cờ vua), Lưỡng chiếu (cờ vua), Sát cuộc (cờ vua), Sát cục (cờ vua) (see the user creation log). He deleted all of it, believe that I created to abet Trieu Thuan Son's open proxy (126.125.99.198; 60.97.63.140; 70.95.187.121; 103.247.55.83; 220.221.0.84; 220.221.0.84; 126.125.99.198; 126.59.249.49; 59.27.249.33) and let him (i.e. Trieu Thuan Son) vandalize easier (see this comment of the editor 70.95.187.121 who makes everyone think that I'm using VPN to dodge the block and vandalize some articles). But that's not what I'm actually thinking, the reason I created is to help readers/editors, make it easier to find these articles (like Chiếu hết (cờ vua), Chiếu đôi (cờ vua), etc.). Also he blocked me from editing my own talk page, didn't let me text/present there (see my contributions there) (he also deleted my appeal/complaint letter too, see this revision on viwiki), so that this is the only way I can do to avoid being misunderstood as TARGET6tidiem/Trieu Thuan Son. -- ☀DefenderTienMinh⛤☯☽ (talk) 16:53, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
