I am a long term editor of en: (since 23 December 2003) and former bureaucrat of cs:. On 4 August 2005 I was desysoped by an intrigue of former sysop cs:user:-jkb- and since 2 September 2005 I am blocked on cs: permanently. (Today it is 991 days, it means 2 years, 8 months and 21 days.)
Reason for this permanent block was to harass me constantly:
- -jkb- 27 April 2008: Such reactions [of sysop Vrba] remind me of uncontrolled effusions of unsavable alcoholics ("takové reakce na mne dělají dojem nekontrolovaných výlevů nezachranitelných alkoholiků").[1] Then he compared me to sysop Vrba: "Obávám se, že reakce vašeho kolegy Vrby nechávají tušit, že zdejší komunita jednoho Z nechtěla, ale druhého chce."[2]
- Egg in May 2008 misused my real name as symbol of a bad behaviour: 1, 2, 3 a 4. None Czech sysops even reply to my e-mail complain as it was their duty, except 4. But these four refused to act or did nothing.
- I personally refactorised another Egg's personal attack.[3] ("osobní útok" means "a personal attack"). But this was reversed[4] twice[5] and I was even blocked pernamently again.[6]
What can I do against these constant personal attacks by cs:user:-jkb-, cs:user:Egg, cs:user:Tlusťa and Adam Živnéř? —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 19:49, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Did you notify them of that? we need to hear their say.--Alnokta 00:30, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
How? I am blocked there, I cannot write there even on my talk page and they ignore my e-mails. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 11:02, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Ok I will do that.--Alnokta 14:07, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. One and only sysop agreed to put it on AN and 5 days after my e-mails she put it there. But the personal attacks remain unpunished and are still visible. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 15:29, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I would study the history and edits of this [7]; by the way, I work now on Czech Wikisource, not Czech Wikipedia. -jkb- 15:56, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I agree that JKB does not work on cs: now, he only trolls there: He compares sysop Vrba to an unsavable alcoholic,[8] me to Vrba[9] and misused my real name[10], although he has been warned not to do that. If it is not trolling, what else is it? —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 17:33, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I guess this is the only editation concerning me. I have to say that I wasn't (and I am not) sure about making it, but following reasons prevailed: word [personal attack] is quite informative and important to RfC on cs.wiki and IMO not personal attack, IP didn't provide any alternative and I wasn't alone with that opinion (I was the second one who reverted). Please, stop feeding trolls. --Adam Zivner 16:12, 21 May 2008 (UTC) Refactorised. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 17:24, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- The word you used is informative and important slander. Stop using it.
- I don't rely on my way of refactorisation. If you did't agree with [osobní útok] you should use [refaktorisováno]. But you have returned a slander instead. What a shame!
- Yes, I agree, stop feeding trolls. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 17:46, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Purpose of refactorisation is to replace offending parts with nonoffending formulations with same meaning (if possible). You simply removed information, that's why I reverted you. --Adam Zivner 18:10, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- But only if possible. A slander cannot be replaced with same meaning. You should know that. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:16, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- It can be, at least in this particular case. I won't give you an example as you would consider it as personal attack (from connection with your name). --Adam Zivner 18:30, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I am glad you won't use personal attacks anymore. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:33, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps it would be good to know about personal attacks that Zacheus is constantly making on his blog: [11], [12], [13] and many other. --Mercy 16:19, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- This is a place for solving wiki problems, not for your behaviour on IRC and other similar places. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 17:49, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
My behaviour? Are you kidding me? What IRC? I'm talking about you constantly offending others on your blog. --Mercy 18:02, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- And I talk about that personal attacks are normal behaviour on IRC used by cs: sysops. Why should I be more polite than they? —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:18, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Where? Give me some evidence, please. IRC is more or less private, not like your blog. --Adam Zivner 18:32, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't have any. I've just heard about it from a credible wikipedian. And if IRC is not sufficient argument, what about Cynik's blog? —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:48, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't care what's on Cinik's blog. It's between you and Cinik. On your blog you constantly attack anybody without provocation. This discussion is pointless. --Adam Zivner 19:11, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Why do you care about my blog then? Cynik slanders many wikipedians, not only me. You lied: "On your blog you constantly attack anybody without provocation." —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 20:46, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
For what reason are you talking about IRC? Have you ever been there recently? I've never seen you there. If you stop attacking others on your blog and here on meta, no one will attack you. Is that so hard to understand? --Mercy 18:34, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- No, I was not there for a long time. I was fed up with behaviour of your mates.
- I don't attack anybody. I just critise cs: as other people (Tomáš Pecina, Malý čtenář, Pastorius, all long time wikipedians or former sysops) do.
You even didn't reply to my petition from 16 May 2008 22:00. You breached your duty to have a working e-mail address. Do you ignore your other sysop duties as well? You are a very bad sysop. Yes, it is hard to understand that you are so arrogant to your colleagues.—Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:48, 21 May 2008 (UTC) + 20:54, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Really? My e-mail is working and as far as I remember I have replied to your e-mail and I received a reply from you as well. Stop lying. This is useless. --Mercy 19:19, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I am terribly sorry. I could not find your reply (my fault), but now I know I was wrong and you are right. To avoid such mistakes in the future, there is a list of sysops who fulfilled their duties to reply me: you, Chmee2, Vrba & Vrbova. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 20:43, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Alnokta asked me to place my comment here. Zacheus is a famous person on cs Wikipedia. Despite of being sysop/bureaucrat and one of the people who initiated the cs wiki, later he got banned indefinitely from there for continuous very disruptive behaviour. First time the ban was approved by the whole community and second time by newly established ArbCom. He uses sock puppets and open proxy to avoid his ban. Yes, I did use his name as a symbol of a certain kind of bad habits - keeping a function contrary to low community support and fabricating "logical" reasons for that. There was no swear-word or other kind of personal attack, just this symbolic meaning. I used his real name which is commonly known and which has been identical with his wiki login name for years. He runs a weblog where he, from time to time, attacks several people still working on the wiki. He uses their real names commonly despite they don't agree with it. My opinion is that he has no right to be treated better than he does to others. --Egg 16:29, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Please, Egg, stop your distortion of truth. You came to wiki to disrupt it: cs:Jára Cimrman, cs:Rukopis královédvorský, and cs:Rukopis zelenohorský. But I even didn't ban you, but rather help you. There was no "continuous very disruptive behaviour", but rather JKB's personal duress on your future wife. First time community voted that I am a "beast" and many voters later apologized to me for their actions, because they were manipulated by you as a revenge and your mates. Second time I was banned by two my personal enemies who you call ArbCom. How do you dare?
- He uses sock puppets and open proxy to avoid his ban. To refactorise your slanders and because you never fullfil your promises with the end of the ban. My last ban should have ended on 19 November 2007. You breached even that date.
- Yes, I did use his name as a symbol of a certain kind of bad habits - keeping a function contrary to low community support and fabricating "logical" reasons for that. You should use your real name for it instead. It would be more proper.
- I used his real name which is commonly known and which has been identical with his wiki login name for years. Then read this: en:Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Zacheus-jkb.
- He runs a weblog where he, from time to time, attacks several people still working on the wiki. The same way as your friends do. Why they can and I cannot?
- He uses their real names commonly despite they don't agree with it. Please, stop lying. I never received any complain, except for you wife. I did apologize to her many times.
- My opinion is that he has no right to be treated better than he does to others. I agree.

I don't have time and willingness to correct all your queer statements, but let's make a deal. Now and here I complain against your usage of my true name. From now on I won't use your real name on any Wikimedia wikis and you won't use mine on any blog. OK? (Where you and I means any account controlled by the person.) --Egg 18:41, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- OK. If you were polite before, this whole RfC would not be needed. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:54, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Done. --Egg 18:57, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The problematical editing is personal attack against Ludek, not against Zacheus --Cinik 18:37, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't agree. Primary target is Luděk, but by means of attacking me. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 18:51, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You can feel maximaly pricefor. --Cinik 19:53, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- ??? If you cannot speak English, please write it in Czech. —Zacheus Talk • Contributions • Edit counter 20:48, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm sorry for the delay but I didn't have an access to Internet. Through the mentioned editing I only restored the changes in the registered user's article carried by open proxy. --Tlusťa 07:53, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This request has been lingering here for more than two years now. My first priority would be to find its current status. Are the users named above still active? - I think this doesn't concern anybody today. For me it's over and done with. egg 22:03, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I didn't care of this nonsense two years ago, I do not today. Though I do not understand what you are like to do with it. Regards -jkb- 22:35, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't care about this RfC any more. --Mercy 07:33, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Dead issue. --Tlusťa 08:22, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- All those to whom this matter concerned seemed to agree that this request may be closed. That I'll proceed to do. I hope that I handled this matter to everybody's entire satisfaction. Thank you all so very much for your cooperation. Vapmachado 01:04, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
