What worked well?

participants commitment and contributions work well.

What did not work so well?

data reimbursement does not work well because previous project we reimbursed by our selves. most participants complain of not receiving data. again most of them attended both online and physical meetup but 1g was given to them.

What would you do differently next time? not really but i will improved in some area.
