The physical training goes well we've engage all the targeted participants

  • What did not work so well?

Online training doesn't go well because many participants don't have enough knowledge about online meeting. Some get it difficult to attend while some doesn't attend due to technical issues

  • What would you do differently next time?

Next time before commencing online meeting, I will make sure everyone participants have knowledge of Accessing online meeting by train them via WhatsApp group.
