Goals edit
All goals were achieved and 14 participants from different age groups and various professions took part in the event. Everything that we planned: the number of participants, the organization, and the sessions, went as planned. During the six-hour event, we gave a brief introduction to the Wikimedia Libya community that we seek to establish, the WikiIndaba conference, and how important it is to African Wikimedians.

Learning edit
This was the first follow-up event to the Wiki Conference in Libya. It was very productive and everyone participated in the meeting with great interest. We followed the sessions to learn about WikiIndaba, the activities of African Wikimedians, their experiences, and the projects they contribute to. A part of attendees followed the sessions with us via screen, while others at the same time, followed other sessions via their devices, and links were shared among some of them. There were discussions and questions that we tried to clarify for the attendees, and everyone exchanged their ideas. With each other. During the break, we communicated with one of the attendees live in Agadir and opened the camera and microphone so that both parties were welcomed and encouraged by a number of colleagues, Walaa, Anaas, Veronica and others. This made those participants in the place feel as if they were present live, The conversations were very rewarding, which the participants mentioned.
Among the positives of the meeting, a number of attendees were present with us in previous Wikipedia trainings, but in this session there were new participants joining the volunteers, and it was an opportunity for them to join widely during the day to learn about Wikimedia, and their attendance was positive because they completed with us and attended the Wikimedia Commons sessions.
We learned from this experience that participating online is important and encouraging because not everyone can attend conferences in person, and their presence, even for one day, makes them feel that they are part of the conference, especially since it is directed to African communities . It was a rich and dense day with diverse information and people, and this is an encouraging thing for us to join upcoming conferences and sessions and communicate with them via the Internet.
