Remarks on collecting address when organizing event

Collecting address from winning participants is not a simple task. Wikipedia username can be any Unicode characters with various characters. We often use Google Drive for rescue. People submits their username with underscores and that's hard for temporary scripts to handle as we Wikimedian do.

We propose to improve address collection process for Wikimedians as it allows us to put more effort and time to collaborate with others.
