I propose to end this discussion in seven days from now, if there still will be no arguments opposing closure. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 11:01, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Moldovan Wiktionary should be closed because it's being used as a replacement for the now closed Moldovan Wikipedia. Activity is very low and there's only 3 legitimate content pages which could probably be moved to the incubator. -- Prince Kassad 16:50, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose It is very inconsiderate and premature to close the section in the Moldovan language (Cyrillic alphabet). It is still official in the republic of Transnistria. Whether or not the republic itself is reconized it has existed for 17 years and is unlikely to vanish in the near future. Also, most moldovans in the naighboring Ukraine (a 300,000 strong minority) use mostly the cyrillic script. Low levels of activity that the project had earlier is explained by low levels of internet usage in the rural regions of Eastern Europe but this is likely to change in the near future. 68.157.65.137 14:17, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
