Summary of Discussion, Agreement, and Resolutions

1. Organizational Matters and Membership

• Johnny Alegre expressed interest to resign as President due to conflict with Irvin Sto.Tomas, the consultant.
• General Support Fund for 2023 was reviewed by the Wikimedia Foundation Grants Team.
• Irvin Sto. Tomas apologized in front of the members if he offended Johnny.
• Zyra and the board will have a meeting to discuss Johnny's resignation.
• Zyra suggested to have a separate meeting with all the members to discuss the budget proposal for 2023.
• Members must pay dues amounting to three hundred pesos (P300).
• Members must pay annual dues amounting to three hundred pesos (P300).
• Review policy and discuss budget proposal on January 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
• The following volunteered to help prepare a proposal:

A. Education- Leah B. Sumalinog

B. Advocacy- Zyra B. Hila and Ezra Carullo

C. Diversity- Marvin R. Molin

D. Outreach- Maffeth Opiana

E. Glam- Irvin Sto. Tomas

• The members agreed to purchase customized polo shirt (navy blue) amounting to five hundred pesos (P500).

2. Financial Statement

• Ezra discussed the financial statement for 2022.
• Francis to ask Ezra for a copy of the financial statement for filing.

3. Other Matters

• SEC Registration to be uploaded by Zyra.
• Francis to send soft copy of SEC papers to Zyra.

Suggested Activities for 2023:

1. Advocacy and Capacity Building - Benchmarking for Best Practices in South East Wiki Affiliate Groups
2. Education - Membership Recruitment
3. Outreach - visit Department of Tourism
4. Education - Membership Recruitment, Wiki Club
5. Outreach - attend exhibit of Ezra and suggest partnership with Ezra's organization (artists) and help in their outreach program
