- Notice of meeting has been sent via email and thru FB messenger to 16 members excluding members who have been suspended, voluntarily withdrawn from membership, and no contact.
- A number of members have not fulfilled the membership requirements. Their membership application was approved but have not paid the membership fee and/or annual dues.
- Encourage members to attend in person or appoint a proxy to have a quorum. Quorum depends on the official list of members. Only members in good standing could vote and be elected or appointed.
- Proposed resolution must state the conditions on who are the regular members with voting rights. Members who do not meet the requirements may also be invited to attend.
- In the past, members who have not paid their membership and annual dues were allowed to participate in the election. Add in the proposed resolution that a member who failed to attend three successive AGMs or to settle his/her annual dues in the last three years is considered an inactive member who needs to apply for renewal of membership.
- With three affirmative votes, Resolution on Member in Good Standing is approved.
- Election officer is John Paul Collantes.
