- Drafting of 2022 annual plan based on the Community survey

- Membership applications from Herbert Kikoy, Ruel Sta. Ana, Jeffrey Altarez, and Bernardo Aguay Jr. are unanimously approved without any objection from the board members who are present.
- With a few more weeks left, Irvin reminded everyone about the annual report. With a few more weeks left before the end of 2021, he pointed out that some of the targets are still attainable.
- For the 2022 annual plan, the body agreed that only attainable goals should be included in each program: Advocacy, Diversity, Education, Outreach, GLAM, and Capacity Building. A follow up survey can be done and ask the members suggestions for next year's activities.
