Orientation & demo sessions in Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Aryangla Ayurved College, Satara

Rayat Shikshan Sanstha and Aryangka Ayurved College are 100 year old reputed institutions in Maharashtra. We have developed partnership with both of these institutions.
Rayat has over 500 educational set-ups across Maharashtra & Karnataka. The objective is to provide quality education in remote rural areas. As these rural students have priority for knowledge in marathi language, the content generation activities in-sync with academic syllabus will be planned.
Aryangla Ayurved College was founded in 1913 for efficient imparting of scientific training both Theoretical & Practical in the systems of Ayurvedic Medicine in coordination with the other modern systems of medicines. The institute has agreed to take up knowledge projects for students in the field of Health & Ayurveda.

The orientation & demonstration of Wikimedia Projects was conducted at Rayat & Aryangla to start the process of action plan. The faculty, office staff and management committee members attended 2 hour sessions. Brainstorming and Q/A session was helpful to understand the basic concepts. The action plan will be rolled out from June 2018, i.e. new academic year.
