O'Reilly Open Source Conference

The Annual O'Reilly Open Source Conference will be held August 1-5, 2005 in Portland, Oregon. There will be a Wikimedia booth in the exhibition hall: a couple of people to man the booth would be very helpful! Perhaps someone could offer a MediaWiki and/or Wikimedia presentation; I'd at least like to hold a Wikipedian meetup or a BOF session that week for those of us unable to travel to Germany.

- Llywrch -- I half-heartedly tried to organize a WikiMeetup during last year's OSCON, & did not get any responses. After November's Wikimeetup in Seattle, I know there are a fair number of West Coast Wikipedians, so maybe it can work this time.
- RobLa -- I'm planning on heading down to Portland at least for a day. I'd like to meet with anyone else who happens to go.
