Tato stránka zkoumá status nesvobodného obsahu (jako například Fair use) na projektech Wikimedia. Mějte na paměti, že licenční politika Wikimedia vyžaduje, že jakýkoliv projekt umožňující nahrávat nesvobodný obsah implementuje pravidla povolených výjimek.
Pravidla povolených výjimek
Pravidla povolených výjimek (PPV) jsou vyžadována Licenční politikou Wikimedia pro jakýkoliv projekt Wikimedia, který hostuje nesvobodný obsah.

Mějte na paměti, že navzdory pravidlům, některé projekty Wikimedia mohou mít nulový počet lokálních mediálních souborů a tedy nemusí mít nesvobodný obsah. Pokud je taková situace permanentní (například protože lokální nahrávání obsahu bylo zakázáno), pravidla mohou být odebrána.
