This meeting was done with the RJVD Municipal Library GLAM staff members for discussing the digitization projects.

- The institution got some new staff members transferred. This was discussion and orientation for them to get know them about the Wikisource project and digitization project going on at their institute.
- The digitization staff members and the project assistant were introduced to the chief librarian.
