IdeasEdit

--

OpinionsEdit

Some participants said that “skills” should be the most important criteria to take into account. According to them, it is important to have skilled people in the committee independently of gender, regions etc … diversity criteria. Then after the skills, other diversity components can be considered.

According to some other participants, diversity is important. They are of the view that having a committee completely made up of members of the same gender is bad.

One participant mentioned that it was important to ensure that committee members can also be individual contributors not only affiliates.

Points of agreementEdit

Almost all participants agreed with the importance of basing the selection criteria on people skills first.
