Mitgliederversammlung 2010/A 8/structure commission

Resolution: The General Assembly reprimands the board for not implementing a structure commission according to the assembly’s decision of 21st March.2009.

Reasons: The General Assembly decided on 21st March 2009 to set up a working group for implementing structural changes at the request of Sebastian Moleski. This resolution was agreed on by a clear majority of the assembly.

According to no. 4, sentence 2 of the above mentioned resolution: "The extraordinary general assembly is to be held before 30 June 2009 to the latest.”

In a message on the association’s mailing list Alice Wiegand wrote on 4th July 2009 that the working group had met and "... more information would follow after the summer break, as soon as there is something to report." Apparently the board has terminated the activities of this group without informing the members of the association. The board, therefore, has to be reprimanded for disregarding the above mentioned resolution.
