Hi there ! I'm Sebastien the new french Head of Fundraiser. Could you please give me the admin access until the end of the fundraising campaign (middle of january). It will be great to be abble to launch fundraising banners without sending a request each time we need a new banner (Especialy because we will have a lot of test to run during this period.) - Support. Confirming that Sebastien is the head of fundraising for Wikimedia France, and that it would be helpful for him to have admin access in order to use CentralNotice.
