Meta:Requests for adminship/Laleena
- The following discussion is preserved as an archive of a closed Meta-Wiki request. Please do not modify it.
I want temporary admin status to do some blocks & revert vandalism. Laleena 00:29, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose I'm not in favour of generic temporary requests, since meta sysops have access to a set of protected pages that can interfere with all Wikimedia projects. Furthermore, #Temporary_adminship is strictly limited in time and depth and is usually granted upon a specific reason. --M/ 00:34, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose This user does not have a clear need for adminship on meta, not even temporary, and is, in my view, not experienced enough yet in any case with less than 500 edits on en:wp and less than 5 on commons, the two places I spot checked (user lists en:wp as their favourite) Perhaps after some significant experience elsewhere and a clear need is established. ++Lar: t/c 01:17, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
