Meta:Requests for CentralNotice adminship/Popo le Chien

Hi there, Chandres is leaving Wikimedia CH and as Board member I have started to take over his activities (and will do so for the foreseeable future, i.e. until a replacement is hired).
I am therefore requesting the CentralNotice adminship in order to manage the following campaigns:
- Fundraising in Switzerland: Wikimedia CH is one of the two chapters processing the WMF fundraising, meaning that we need to control the timing and format of our banners in our four main languages (de, en, fr, it - all geolocalized to Switzerland). We could go back and forth with the WMF staff, but that's essentially impractical;
- Centralize communication in Switzerland: we have a survey coming up soon (geolocalized to CH again and obviously) and other Swiss-related activities, such as Wiki Loves Earth/Monuments.

Comment: No, he should ultimately ask for rights removal (there probably will be some overlap just in case I have questions on the previous campaign he managed so we can both look at it at the same time). Popo le Chien (talk) 14:35, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
Support. As a fellow Wikimedia CH board member, I'd like to support this request, as 1) Popo le Chien has the required competences and is a trusted user on different project, and 2) he has a good reason for obtaining these rights. Schutz (talk) 08:08, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
