Plymouth Wikimedia Meetup Number 1Edit
Date and time: Thursday 3 April — 18:00 onwardsEdit
Location: The Union Rooms, Plymouth, PL1 2SUEdit
About the meet upEdit
A meetup is a great opportunity to meet other Wikipedians, to chat about Wikipedia and Wikimedia-related issues, or to get help from experienced editors.
Add your name to this list if you can make it to our first ever meetup in Plymouth! Note that people of all ages and all Wikimedia projects are welcome! We're experimenting with a weekday evening format; if you'd like to come to a meetup but the date doesn't work for you, please add yourself to the apologies section.
Please also invite any South-West based Wikimedia people you know (or have had wiki dealings with) – spread the word! If you want a reminder closer to the time, please leave a note after your signature.
Add your name here if you can't make it but you'd like to hear about future Wikimedia-related goings-on in Plymouth.
- Too short notice, and also I'm waiting for the trains to get back to normal after I was stranded in Plymouth all evening last week. Sophie means wisdom (talk) 21:41, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- I see this notice was placed 1 April for an event 3 April. If it were not unWikipedian language, I would call this [Add vituperative adjective of your choice]. --MWLittleGuy (talk) 19:50, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
The meetup will be held in The Union Rooms, Plymouth, PL1 2SU
Look for a laptop logged into Wikipedia, someone wearing a Wikipedia T-shirt, a Wikimedia UK banner, or just look for this guy!
