Meet Sweden

Meet Sweden is an editing month challenge for Wiki Club's members in the Republic of Macedonia, taking place from 1 November (00:01) to 30 November 2021 (23:59). It is organized by GLAM Macedonia with support of the Embassy of Sweden in Skopje.

Aim and framework

The aim of Meet Sweden is to fill the content gap on Swedish themes on the Macedonian Wikipedia. All Wiki Club's members in the Republic of Macedonia are welcome to participate.

There are no fixed rules, except the following:

• One has to be a Wiki Club member
• The articles have to be on Swedish themes
• The articles could be newly created or improved existing ones

The best five participants will get their rewards and diplomas in December.

Topics

As a topic of articles are accepted all Swedish themes: history, geography and culture of Sweden and much more. The list of missing articles is sent to all Wiki Club members.

During the month long editing challenge „Meet Sweden“ there were a total of 670 new articles made from 56 Wiki Club members. All photos can be seen at Category:Meet Sweden
