In order to copy and paste this English text between LTR and RTL wikis a ‎ should be added at the end.
The code would look as follows:

A clock in the personal toolbar that shows the current time in [[w:en:UTC|UTC]], and provides a [[w:en:Wikipedia:Purge|purge]] link.‎
