How to keep the commitment of the members? How to motivate members of a community? How to retain members of a community to make them active members? How to build a team?

1.These are the 3 components to be considered in other to answer this question : Leader(s) Participant(s) Meeting(s)

a. The leader is one of the essential element : As to be someone with a vision, well train with knolegde about the mouvement, his projects and should have coordinated a project. As to keep permanent contact with a members and possibly build a relation with active members

b.The participant is the central element; has to be motivated, has to be associated to differents tasks with respect to their competence.

c. It is important to organise meetups in order to meet particular objectives
