مصر Máṣr is the Arabic name for Egypt, so I think that should suffice. I don't know how it could be made any clearer.

That goes for pretty much every language. Like Norwegian, Swedish, Estonian, Icelandic, and on and on and on. Nothing specific.

The language encompassing that dialect would be Arabic, wouldn't it? I am not an expert on this language either, but I've never heard of Masri being a dialect of Egyptian Arabic, but a dialect of Arabic (though, of course, it is not a dialect according to ISO).
