The meetup was primarily organised to introduce the Executive Committee members of the KWUG to Asaf Bartov and to explain the activities and future plans of KWUG. How the KWUG came into existence and the activities done so far was explained briefly. The activities planned for next one year as discussed in previous meetup was shown and explained to Asaf by the Executive Committee members. The activities listed were well appreciated with special focus on the project Offline Tulu Wikipedia to Schools. It was suggested that KWUG should apply for project grants to do the activities listed in the action plan. This has been necessitated by the fact that KWUG is yet to get FCRA clearance to receive funds from abroad and hence can't apply for annual grant as of now. It was also decided that applying for project grants by members of KWUG is the way forward as of now.
